Our Team

All our trainers are currently providing training for trainee NHS doctors or current faculty members of medical schools. They will be providing training for the doctor for a day courses along with training skills for doctors.

Our Programs

CURRENT MEDICAL STUDENTS

We help medical students develop confidence in skills that can give them extra practice needed for foundation and specialty training. Skills such as the basics of ultrasound, ultrasound guided peripheral IV cannulation, and ECHO will be taught with Medic Dream. We also provide exam support for conditions that would be expected in the UKMLA curriculum.

DOCTOR FOR A DAY

At Medic Dream we believe in paying it forward. We help aspiring medical students at our Doctor for a Day Course in skills of Blood Pressure Measurement, Glucose Reading, Wound Cleaning, Assessment of Oxygen Saturation, Venepuncture, Suturing, Ultrasound Heart Scans, & Injections & provide on the day Personal Statement and Interview Support for medical school applications. Students as young as 8 to 13 years old are able to attend for the Blood Pressure Measurement, Glucose Reading, Wound Cleaning, Assessment of Oxygen Saturation stations and older students aged 14 to 18 can attend for Venepuncture, Suturing, Ultrasound Heart Scans & Injections & provide on the day Personal Statement and Interview Support. It is also a great opportunity to talk to doctors and current students and broaden your access to medicine.

FOUNDATION AND INTERNAL MEDICINE TRAINEE (IMT) DOCTORS CLINICAL SKILLS TRAINING

As a group of doctors, we run courses free of charge to doctors to train them for clinical skills of USS Guided Peripheral Cannulation, Arterial Line Insertion, Chest Drain, Central Venous Catheter Insertion and Pleural Aspiration. We only ask you to help aspiring medical students at our Doctor for a Day Course in skills of Blood Pressure Measurement, Glucose Reading, Oxygen Saturations, Venepuncture, Suturing, Ultrasound Heart Scans & Injections & provide on the day Personal Statement and Interview Support. MEDICAL STUDENT AND FOUNDATION YEARS ECG INTERPRETATION COURSE

For doctors and medical students interested in radiology, this course will go through all you need to know regarding CT interpretation.
